Pooling water in the crawl space is a clear sign that water repairs are needed. This homeowner took one glance under their home after a rain storm and knew they needed professional help. To address their homes water issues we did a full encapsulation. 

This home's old vapor barrier was encased in mud from water getting on top of the vapor barrier. To combat this water issue, a full crawlspace encapsulation was installed. 

When buying a store bought sump pump, many issues can occur. For this home, it couldn't keep up with the groundwater issues and the excess moisture was getting absorbed into the old fiberglass insulation and mildew was taking hold. To upgrade the system we did a full encapsulation. 

This home had almost no posts supporting it! The posts that were there were rotting out or not properly put in. We came and put in our SmartJack product to replace them. No wood rot, no problem. The rest of the crawlspace is not finished in the after picture, only the SmartJacks were installed at the time.
