The concrete walls of this Lake Oswego home were experiencing a lot of moisture seeping through, creating a damp environment. John's Waterproofing installed BrightWall basement wall paneling as a moisture and vapor barrier, a WaterGuard basement drainage system to drain any water seepage from the walls and floor joints to the sump pump, and included the TripleSafe sump pump system with a battery backup pump to protect against sump pump failure as well as basement flooding due to power outages.

This wet crawlspace had such high relative humidity that the insulation was falling and molding. In addition to this, some of the posts in the foundation were beginning to show signs of rot.
Our team came in and removed the water and moisture from the crawlspace, installed our CleanSpace system and ensured that humidity would never be a problem again through the installation of a dehumidifier.
