As you can see in the photos, encapsulating your crawl space with the CleanSpace vapor barrier protects the structure of your home from mold and dampness. 

The access to the crawlspace was very small and difficult to get in and out of, the cement barrier around it let water and debris pour in to the uncovered access hole. Cables and wires were exposed to the outside elements. The open space allowed cold air and animals to enter the crawlspace. Our install crew came and provided an easy way to get in and out of the crawlspace. The system installed will protect the crawlspace from taking on water and air, while giving it a pleasant look.

This homeowners DIY sump pump couldn't keep up with the homes water issues, and they were using a shop vacuum to clear the pump to keep it running. They knew a long term solution was needed to keep their home dry and healthy. This basement was slightly damp and looked similar to a newly liberated dungeon. Our homeowner wanted to transform the space and called us to help them get it ready. This changed the whole look of the basement.
