Thanks to the installation team and Tim for installing they drain tile system and SmartSump in our crawl space. They displayed high work quality in all aspects of how a professional team should operate: Working hard, being polite and patient, maintaining a clean working site, good post-service, etc. In all, we were very satisfied with their work in our house project.

I am not positive on how quickly I plan to have this project, but when we do we are going to highly consider TerraFirma for three main reasons. They came with a creative and efficient solution that we felt comfortable and confident in. Jason was a stand up guy. He know exactly what he was talking about and that he was giving us the best possible solution out there. And three, the price was in our budget.

Contracted with Terrafirma for repairs to various sunken concrete slabs in driveway and walkways. Excellent job by foreman Chad and crew, saved crazy amount of money as opposed to removing and replacing problem slabs. Thanks, Gary.

Saw cut a trench along exterior basement wall and poured drain to sump. Installed sump and pump. Despite a snowy day, they cut a tree out of the way and arrived on time. On time, on budget. Great job.

Drew's crew were the epitome of what I consider good customer service on our job. They were right on time, very clear in what they were going to do and what they needed from us. When a "glitch" came up in how the job had to be done, Drew very clearly explained why we had to make a change and how that change was going to be done. They were prepared to roll with the changes and got the job in a timely manner. Great job, great crew, great customer service.

Very impressed with material I was provided with (COMPREHENSIVE BROCHURE) prior to the home visit. Josh was very professional and efficient. We had the same success working with the installation crew. French drains were installed with perfection and precision. They tore up where they needed to install the drain but cleaned up very well. It looked the same as before, with now, a drain installed. We were impressed by the whole production and recommend the services. 

I'm very impressed by the overall organization and production of TerraFirma. The call center handled my call with courtesy and efficiency first diagnosing the problem and making sure we were calling the right people to not waste either of our time. Josh was on time to our appointment and prepared to perform an entire inspection. We also appreciate that we received a price estimate at the time of inspection. The price was fair and the service we felt was going to effectively prevent the basement from flooding in any rainy conditions. Josh was very personable and presented himself well. He is a great representation of your company and the overall professionalism of the team. We received many bids for waterproofing our basement and there were a couple things that stood out with TerraFirma that ultimately won my business. The first was their rep was more professional than the others. Josh was very pleasant and explained everything very well. I did not feel pressured to have things done. What he told me made sense. The second reason was that Josh's plan was the plan I felt most comfortable with. It was comparable in cost and a much more comprehensive solution than the competition. Every fall, like clockwork, we are going to get a large amount of standing water in our basement. It has gotten to the point that we don't go down there or keep anything in there because we know it will get ruined. What we had TerraFirma do was a total basement finish. They put in drains, a sump pump system, finished looking walls. The whole nine yards. The area is livable and we ended up making the space a bonus room. Jason was prompt to our appointment and made sure that all our questions were answered. He went over an objective checklist to make sure that all of our needs were being addressed in his solution. Jason was friendly and professional. He was the reason we went with TerraFirma. 

The representative (Ryan Lahley) was very thorough and well understood. We chose TerraFirma because they offered a permanent solution! The Crew arrived on time and they were courteous.
