We had cracks occur in one of our basement walls. We were concerned that the wall would continue to crack and eventually fall in. We had Waterproofing Specialties come in and put the braces on the wall to secure the wall. It is and amazing process and so far we have no new problems.

In the past, most heavy rainfalls caused our basement to get wet. After having your system installed 2 years ago, we have had no water.

The installation of “Water Guard” in a problem area of the basement took care of the water problem in that area. I am considering having another problem area of the basement done.

Not long after your work was completed, and you and your boys did and outstanding job! We installed new vinyl and carpeting in this church’s basement. Wow; what a difference! What a tremendous improvement! Then it rained, and rained for days on end, yet there was no moisture what so ever in the church basement. Were it not for what you did, several thousand dollars worth of carpet and vinyl would have been completely ruined, and many hours of labor totally wasted. Now they love showing people the basement!!

I had several issues with my basement. Humidity problems not solved by my dehumidifier; dampness in the crawlspace; and stone/brick walls that were beginning to leak. Waterproofing Specialties solved all three problems. In addition, leaking water from the basement door area was channeled to a drain. The basement is now dry.

Before having our basement waterproofed our basement was damp, dark and moldy. Now we can utilize this rather large space for storage and crafting. The fully contained sump pump has improved the cleanliness of our basement and the back-up battery has completely eliminated flooding of our basement (that we experienced at least twice annually) The workers were prompt, courteous and respectful of our property.

Every spring when the snow melted I would get 2-4 inches of water in my basement. When it rained hard for a long period of time I would get water in my basement. I had Waterproofing Specialties come in and do there thing this summer of 2006. This year with the snow melting and rain I haven’t had a drop of water in my basement since.
