We installed the SmartJack® System, which stabilized and lifted the crawl space beams and floor joists to their original elevation. Utilizing galvanized steel columns on a solid base, we ensured a secure and reliable structure. The result? In the first photo, notice the sagging crawl space with a dirt floor in a South Mountain home, a common issue affecting both home stability and safety. We addressed this by installing our advanced SmartJack® System, designed to stabilize and lift floor joists to their original elevation. The solution involves creating a solid base of engineered fill below the steel columns, securing structural integrity and reducing floor bounce. The Push Pier System was installed to permanently stabilizes this commercial building. 

This home suffered from settlement problems. In consequence, cracks formed both inside and outside the foundation walls, causing the interior basement walls to bow inward and the cracks to widen. This compromised the structural integrity of the house, resulting in the need for a complete foundation repair. To protect the safety of this home, we installed foundation piers to permanently stabilize the foundation by transferring the weight of the structure to competent soil.
