When a foundation wall bows inward, expansive soils or hydrostatic pressure are usually responsible. The expansion of soils caused by water or frost pushes against the wall. Hydrostatic pressure occurs when underground water presses against your walls. In either case, the walls require immediate attention and reinforcement to prevent further damage. Using the PowerBrace system, we were able to provide permanent stabilization and prevent the foundation wall from bowing any further.
This customers foundation wall was bowing inward with deep cracks. To repair their foundation wall, Liberty Basement Systems installed the CarbonArmor System. CarbonArmor is the ideal, non-invasive solution to permanently stabilize and secure block foundation walls.
When a homeowner in Milton, PA, contacted us about saggers and contours revealing themselves in their barn's infrastructure, we knew just what to do. Notice in the before photo, failed support beams harrowing under too much strain, but post our visit, as seen in the after photo, Liberty Basement Systems brought back the barn’s structural integrity. Using our SmartJack system, we not only corrected the sag but ensured a stout foundation for years to come. Our before and after photos aren't just a testament to our work; they symbolize trust and transformation.
Before: Our recent project in Spring Grove, PA involved a homeowner who felt a touch upside down with several cracks in their poured concrete foundation. It wasn’t just hairline fractures; those cracks signaled a settling foundation. After: Check out how our trusty Push Pier System rode to the rescue. By strategically plot-ting those sparkling steel piers down to stable soil, we put a permanent stop to the unwelcome settlement and pushed things back to level paradise. Now the homeowner not just gains peace of mind but maybe finds their doors less judgmental when opening too! No more house playing sneak attack on nervous homeowners. Are windows actually square again? Check mate!
