The after photo demonstrates transformative results, thanks to steel corrugated panels and expertly injected specialized rigid foam that generated unparalleled support and blends seamlessly with the existing structure, restoring this old farmhouse to stability.

Using the PowerBrace System for permanent stabilization,  Liberty Basement Systems was able to solve this homeowners bowing foundation wall problem. 

Initially, the homeowner in Millville was facing issues with a failing stone foundation, noticeable flooding, high humidity, and mold, as depicted in the before photo. Our team at Liberty Basement Systems delivered a robust solution by installing the EverBrace Wall Restoration system to stabilize and reinforce the compromised foundation. Furthermore, we utilized CleanSpace to encapsulate the crawl space and fitted a TripleSafe Sump Pump and SaniDry Sedona to manage water and humidity efficiently. As seen in the after photo, these solutions created a restored and safe space for the homeowner.

As a result of excessive moisture damage to the floor joists above this basement, the floor began to sag. To support the weak floor joists in the basement and stabilize the sagging floor above, we installed SmartJack Support Posts.

The PushPier System was installed to permanently stabilize the home's settling foundation.
