I thought I had a major problem. He came and answered the call and looked at the circumstances and saw it was a power loss situation more than a system situation. Once we restored power, the pump worked fine, ran great, and the system did what it was supposed to do. It pumped the water out, 5-6 inches in one half hour. Everything looks great, working great. We're just doing some finishing touches and I would say it's a very, very good service call.
