The client had water infiltration problems around his basement, accentuated by the water seaping in around the chimney, due to the hydrostatic water pressure under his slab.

This type of problem cannot be resolved by an outside french drain system. We used our WaterGuard to collect any water seaping around the chimney as well as at the foundation wall joints, and drain this water to an installed TripleSafe sump pump, the best sump pump in Quebec.

Problem

Solution
