Our team was contacted by a homeowner in Charleston, SC, who wanted to restore peace of mind and protect their property value. During our inspector's evaluation of the crawl space, they found a mess of insulation and signs of high humidity levels. To address the issue and prevent future damage to the home, they recommended having the CleanSpace Encapsulation System installed. To prevent water from pooling and flooding this crawl space, we installed our Drainage Matting throughout the crawl space floor before sealing overtop with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. The dimples on the matting allow water to freely drain to the drainage system and sump pump to ensure water isn't stagnant in the space. 

The EverLast Crawl Space Door replaced the old, rotted door with a durable, airtight option that keeps out moisture, pests, and outside air. It’s built to last and will help to protect this customers crawl space from outside elements.
