This home in Dublin, GA had uneven floors with one side of the house most noticeably sinking. Our team installed a custom-designed solution to the issue with our SmartJack Support System.

This homeowner called Lowcountry Foundation Repair when they noticed their home was showing signs of settlement and unlevel floors. Our team installed helical piers to support the corner of the home that was sinking as well as a SmartJack® system in the crawl space to level the interior floor. The homeowner was glad they came to Lowcountry for their foundation leveling project.

Due to damages caused by a tornado, this home's foundation had shifted, causing settlement in areas around the home. There were cracks that had appeared not long after the tornado had passed. Upon inspection, one of our system design specialists discovered multiple joists had snapped or cracked. The concrete block piers located near the broken joists were badly constructed, crooked, and had also settled over time. We sent a team out to install new joists and SmartJacks to lift and support the home.
