This home had a large section of the outside of the home settling, causing a long horizontal crack in the brick of the home. One of our inspectors was sent out to look at the issue and formulate a complete solution. The resulting recommendation the homeowner decided to go with was to have piers installed along the exterior wall of the home, lifting the section back into place. Once lifted back to level, the missing grout can be filled back in.

This home had a crack above the dining room doorway that was concerning. After doing some research, the owner called Lowcountry Foundation Repair and we sent our team to install SmartJacks in the crawl space to support the floor that had settled underneath a wall.

We installed our foundation pier system by first assessing the property to identify the areas needing stabilization. Then, we excavated around the foundation, drilled steel piers deep into the stable soil, and secured them to the foundation. This method ensures long-lasting support while allowing the customer to proceed with their renovation plans confidently.
