In our recent project in Woodbury, GA, you can see where sinking driveways and sidewalks were leading to significant problems for homeowners. In the 'before' photo, you'll notice the pronounced dips and cracks. Thanks to our use of PolyLevel® foam, we lifted and stabilized the concrete, ensuring a smooth, level surface once more. Additionally, with NexusPro® Joint Sealant, we sealed the joints, shielding against the persistent challenges of water intrusion and temperature changes. The sinking concrete porch was repaired using our PolyLevel system. This system works by injecting a high-density polyurethane foam beneath the concrete slab. The foam expands and fills voids, lifting and leveling the concrete. The process is quick, minimally invasive, and provides a stable, long-lasting solution.

We repaired a customer's concrete steps using PolyLevel, a durable and lightweight foam that lifts and stabilizes the surface. First, we drilled small holes into the steps, injected the PolyLevel foam underneath, and watched as it expanded to fill the voids and raise the steps back to their original position. Once the foam cured, we patched the holes, leaving the steps level and ready to use again. It’s a quick and effective solution that restores stability without the hassle of replacing the concrete.
