While I haven't seen your name anywhere, my parents and a co-worker had similar basement treatments a number of years ago. They all have since moved and couldn't remember the name of the company-but I knew what sort of treatment I wanted when I used Google to find your website. I mainly chose All-Dry because your website described the type of treatment I was looking for. Cleanup was very satisfactory! The weather hasn't tested it yet. Dry again, but I feel confident that it will stay dry-even if I am out of town! Nice! I'll keep you folks in mind if I hear of anyone with a basement flooding problem.

The salesman came back a second time to go through the process with me which I appreciated--he was always available by phone--the only thing he did not tell me was about the delay in tightening anchors.
