Very professional staff. Only problem was scheduling. The crew who did the repairs were hard workers who proceeded without a break until the job was done. The results are outstanding with the cracks in the brick almost completely disappearing. They were very nice and explained the procedure and answered questions. The instillation of the equipment was without any problems. The quote was accurate and procedure well explained. A lifetime warranty is included. This company is highly recommended.
