Heidi M. in Clarksville, TN, contacted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to inspect her crawl space. Upon inspection, our design technician discovered heavy mold and mildew growth beneath the home. The existing wooden crawl space door allowed water to enter during heavy rain, contributing to a relative humidity of 77% and a moisture content of 18% in the floor joists. To prevent water and air infiltration through the access point, Frontier installed the Turtl Crawl Space Access System, creating a cleaner, more secure, and durable entry to the crawl space.
