This Franklin family had just purchased this home but were concerned about water in the crawlspace. The new family understood that the groundwater seepage needed to be fixed and that we needed to control the moisture from the earth. By doing so, we could prevent mold, rot, and odors.

Encapsulating the crawl space, including a sump pump and dehumidifier system, did all of these things as well as save energy and lower heating and cooling cost.
