We used Smart Jacks to lift the settling foundation in the crawlspace!

Many homes were built on cinder blocks as their foundation.  Cinder blocks are porous and can hold a lot of water, this is also not the best environment for the wood that holds up the floors.  The homeowners noticed a lot of squeaking, a lot of doors and windows not opening as they once had.
