This customer in Gilbertsville, KY, had failing crawlspace supports, which were causing cracks in the exterior wall and sagging floors. The wood of the floor joist is beginning to show signs of severe damage due to failing crawlspace supports. As these supports begin to give way, the floors above can sag, and interior walls may crack, resulting in expensive problems in your home. We installed Smart Jacks throughout the crawlspace to provide permanent structural support. 

This customer in Gilbertsville, KY, called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To fix the moisture issues, we installed drainage matting, a CleanSpace liner, sealed the crawl space vents, and installed our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. We finished this project by installing our IceGuard and LawnScape system.  

This customer in Murray, KY had multiple issues. There was concrete sinking and cracking in the garage, walkway, and the stairs to the front porch. There were also foundation settlement issues on the other side of the home. 

For the cracking in the garage, and the sidewalk sinking we installed  PolyLEVEL to lift and stabilize the garage flooring as well as the walkway, then added NexusPro joint sealant around the perimeter of the garage and the walkway to the front porch to seal any cracked areas.  

On the other side of the home where there was a foundation settlement, we installed Helical Piers to lift and stabilize the foundation and StableBrick BowTie wall Stabilization to fix the bowing walls for a permanent solution.

Our crew placed rocks under the Smart Jack to create a solid base for it, so it will not sink or move when the crawl space gets wet.
