The owner of this Goodlettsville, TN, home expressed concern over the emergence of cracks in the interior walls caused by foundation settlement. We decided to implement the installation of SmartJacks, which serve to provide support to the floors from beneath. Of particular interest to the homeowner was the adaptable nature of SmartJacks, which allows for adjustments as the house undergoes further settling over time.

Several notable features of the SmartJacks System include its capacity to serve as a fully adjustable steel pier capable of halting settling and raising sagging floors back to their original level. In the event of future settling, the steel piers can be conveniently adjusted.

This customer in Goodlettsville, TN called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we completed a crawl space encapsulation. We cleaned out all the debris, installed EZ Flo drainage system and drainage matting, covered the crawl space in CleanSpace liner, installed SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and sealed the crawl space vents and any other air leaks with SilverGlo panels and spray foam insulation, installed a TripleSafe sump pump and IceGuard and LawnScape System. 

The owner of this Orlinda, TN home was concerned with the prolonged stability of their home's floor joists. Looking at the floors from inside the crawlspace, we noticed the water damage that was affecting the home's cinderblock supports. As a solution, we installed SmartJacks supports in tandem with the cinderblock supports. Unlike the existing supports, the SmartJacks can be easily adjusted to offer continued support as the home continues to naturally settle. 

The homeowner was happy with the proposed solution and the subsequent work that was completed.
