This College Grove crawl space was in BAD condition. Supporting wood beams that were holding up the weight of the home and all of the inhabitants were MOLDING. Our experienced inspector came by for the homeowner's free inspection. He looked around his home and crawl space, took moisture and humidity tests, and took many photos, so when he sat down and discussed what he found with the homeowner, the homeowner could see exactly what he was referring to. 
Our inspector told the homeowner all about our SmartJack system.

This customer in Rockfield, KY, called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate moisture issues, we installed our Drainage Matting, CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, TerraBlock Insulation for the floors, and sealed the crawl space vents and walls with SilverGlo panels. We finished this project with a new crawl space door. 

This customer in Rockfield, KY, called Frontier due to moisture issues in their crawl space. To mitigate the moisture issues, we installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier, SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, and TripleSafe sump pump. 

This customer in Ardmore, AL called Frontier after noticing a separation and sloping in their home. This is caused by sinking due to settling and excess moisture in the crawl space. We came out and installed a crawl space encapsulation system to address the structural sinking due to excess moisture. We installed drainage matting, CleanSpace, SilverGlo in vents to seal outside air out, a new SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier to pull any excess moisture from the air, and finished with framing out and installing a new Everlast crawl space door.  

We installed 5 Smart Jacks to lift this customer's floors that were uneven and caving in!
