This customer in Sparta, TN, called Frontier due to wall failure issues caused by a failing foundation. To address the wall failure, we installed PowerBraces along the wall. This home owner in Rickman Tennessee noticed the walls had cracks and were shifting. They became aware that putting off work any longer would certainly make this dangerous situation worse. 

Our inspection did in fact reveal foundation failure. Our job was to straighten the existing foundation walls so they could support the load of the home.

Our team installed Geo-Lock Wall Anchors with 12"x28" wall plates to secure this foundation.

This custom built home in Cedar Grove TN looks beautiful however the family was having trouble keeping back bedrooms comfortable. Floors above the crawl space were colder than other areas of the house. Making this home more enerfy efficient was important to the home owner.

Looks like someone had made an attempt to insulate the attic of this Clarksville home. However the small holes for lights and wires were not sealed and the insulation did not reach the entire length of the home. Likely the shoot that was used could not get tot he far ends or awkward spaces. The duct work for the heating an cooling unit ran through this space, so the temperature of the conditioned air changed significantly before reaching the far bedrooms and family room.

Frontier was able to Air Seal and Insulate 'traditional' attic assembly by closing all accessible penetrations and top plates using expanding polyurethane foam and
then blowing in TruSoft cellulose insulation.
