This customer had issues with ground settlement and washouts. These things caused voids in the ground under the concrete thus caused cracking on sidewalk and separation from the stairs to the porch.

Our crew used Slab Jacks with Polylevel 400 to lift as much as Structure will allow, stabilization guaranteed. Once the voids are filled, the cracks are repaired and sealed using Nexus Pro. Once the repairs are done & the excess Polylevel foam has been trimmed the customer will be responsible for back filling the exposed area with dirt or filler to ensure the erosion does not return.
