Ground settling caused cracks and separation on the customer's front sidewalk and driveway. Our specialist used Polylevel 400 to lift as much as the Structure would allow, guaranteeing stabilization. Polylevel provides the fill, lift and stabilization for the issue. Nexus Pro crack repair and joint sealant were used to complete the project.

A church in Goodlettsville, TN, contacted Frontier Foundation & Crawl Space Repair to address trip hazards in their 4,487 sq. ft. parking lot. Our design specialist assessed the damage and developed a customized solution to restore safety and appearance. Frontier’s crew used PolyLevel® to lift and stabilize sunken sections and fill underlying voids. To ensure long-term durability, they sealed 1,707 linear feet of cracks and joints using NexusPro® Joint Sealant, which carries a 5-year warranty. The result is a clean, even, and secure parking area for the congregation and visitors.

Molly in Goodlettsville, TN, reached out to Frontier to address moisture concerns in her crawl space as she prepares her home for the future. During the inspection, the design specialist found the front steps had begun to sink, creating an uneven and potentially unsafe entry.

The Frontier team used PolyLevel to lift and level the front steps, restoring a safe, even surface. NexusPro was applied to seal the joints and help protect against water intrusion and future movement.

Cement is heavy and this Tennessee family was figuring out just how heavy their porch steps were. They had some cracking and sinking cement problems and wanted it to get fixed asap before any more damage occurred. Their porch had sunk about 2-3 inches and because of this, it pushed back on the cement sidewalk which caused cracks. 

Our inspector came over and discussed our concrete solutions with them. We use a special foam to lift sunken slabs and this was the perfect product for them. This product is our PolyLevel System and is done by boring small (penny-sized) holes in the slab, and using specially designed equipment to inject a structural-grade polymer into the void. After the void is filled, the expanding properties of the polyurethane foam allow for an accurate lift and leveling of the slab. Finally, the small holes are grouted and sealed, and the slab is completely restored.
We also used NexusPro Sealant to seal up their cracks (not pictured), which is a silicone-based sealant that prevents water ice and dirt from infiltrating the concrete joint and the ground below.
