This customer inquired about having a full crawlspace encapsulation done on their home. They also requested a rim joist insulation system being added to their foundation as well. They were experiencing water flooding into their basement and around the outer foundation of their home. 

Moisture in the basement created mold and musty smells in this house in Franklin, TN. To control water that gets in the basement and causes water damage, we installed our sump pump system which consists of the Triple Sump Pump, drainage pipes, IceGuard and LawnScape Well. The system leads excess water to the Triple Sump Pump, which pumps water out from the basement, several feet away from the house. No more mold! Just a clean, waterproofed basement!

This customer in Franklin, TN had bowing foundational walls and issues with flooding in his basement. To fix the issue we installed a Basement to Beautiful Wall Insulation System to stabilize the wall in the basement. After that was finished, we waterproofed the basement by installing  WaterGuard XL sub-floor drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump system, drainage lines with a LawnScape system, and CleanSpace over the entire basement area. These products will greatly reduce the chance of flooding again. 

This customer in Whites Creek Pike, TN called Frontier for their basement waterproofing needs. They had an unfinished basement, they wanted to waterproof it before finishing it. Frontier came out and installed a WaterGuard system, a TripleSafe sump pump, drainage lines, and a IceGuard System a LawnScape to drain any water out of the basement out of the structure into the yard. Now they are ready to finish their basement and make it a livable space.

This customer in Greenbrier, TN, called Frontier for help after water entered their basement through an exterior wall. To mitigate the issue and waterproof the basement we installed a WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system, Trench drains, CleanSpace wall liner, and a TripleSafe sump pump to pump water through the drainage lines. We also installed IceGuard to prevent floods from clogged or frozen discharge lines and a LawnScape system. Now thier basement is dry and clean.
