I recently had work done by your company and wanted to share my experience with you. I believe it's very important to let it be known when service can be improved but also when service is above average. The latter is certainly the case here! You should be very proud of your workers and the job they do. I was heartbroken when I realized I had significant damage to my home due to foundation failure but you all took great care of me. Danny came and was my first contact. He provided the estimate. He was extremely thorough and I felt that he looked it all over and it was explained to me what needed to be done and why. It was a long consultation that was needed to find out exactly what was going on and where all was affected and the best way to fix it. It was over 3 hours that he was here. I will also point out that I had another company, USS, to come give an estimate. I couldn't believe that right after he came in, within the first 10 minutes, he asked to see the proposal from the competitor. I only gave him the drawing not the proposal amount. I couldn't believe that. He lost major points with me right then. He was here maybe 30 minutes. There was no comparison to his consultation vs yours. I didn't offer any information to him and he didn't even bother to really check out the damage and see what was going on or ask any questions. The next step was when the crew came to do the repairs. I was amazed at their work ethic and how they never wasted time. In today's society, it's hard to find people to work and do the job and give quality work. They were here for 3 days and worked nonstop. They had very hard labor to do for the first 2 days they were here. There were a lot of holes to dig and deep ones too. Fernando was the foreman and there were 2 workers with him. I couldn't believe how careful they were as they removed landscaping and dug holes for the piers. They also took away the concrete that was removed! When you look outside now, you would never know there was anything done. Unbelievable! I did a lot of research before going with Frontier. I'm thrilled with the work and taking care of my problems. I'd highly recommend you to anyone needing services you perform. I will certainly keep you in mind if I hear of anyone needing help. These days it's so hard to find hard workers and work performed up to standards like it should be---you delivered 110%! Thanks for a job very well done! Very pleased. Couldn't be more happy; It was very detailed. It was important that I know exactly what was going on and to access the damage and the plans of correcting it; I couldn't believe there is not one thing out of place or messy. They were very detailed in making sure to take care of everything; The time and attention that was given on the first appt went a very long way. I had another estimate and that company rep didn't look around hardly any or ask any questions about what was the problem was. He asked for the paperwork from you all and stated he would do the same on the outside but the inside would be different. Not impressed at all by him; Thanks so much for restoring my home and the great care that everyone gave. Each person I have had contact with did a terrific job!

Jesus and his crew did an excellent job repairing some serious cracks in the foundation of my home. Fifteen holes and Jacks installed, left the yard looking better than when they started. Thank you for the excellent job.

Mr. Lyter called in this morning and specifically mentioned Carlos and said he did excellent work, he was professional, and kept him in the loop.  Mr. Lyter then said that the entire crew was great and he is going to fill out the survey.  Very pleased customer!!

He comes in early and wipes clean all the technician tablets with a Clorox wipe before they go out on the job.

Everything went well, we had no problems and I would recommend Frontier! 10 out of 10 for great work!
