During our inspection, our team identified that the primary issue was the poor quality of the supporting wood beams. To effectively address this problem, Master Services installed our reliable Smart Jacks system. These specialized jacks are designed to provide robust support for sagging floors, offering a long-term solution, particularly when located within a basement. Our crew worked efficiently to minimize disruption to the cement floor.

This Philadelphia, Tennessee home was experiencing structural instability and elevated moisture levels beneath the living space, creating concerns for long-term durability and indoor comfort. Portions of the floor system were no longer supported, allowing sagging and movement to develop over time, while excess humidity in the basement and crawl space areas increased the risk of deterioration and poor air quality. The project included the installation of SmartJack® support posts with steel supplemental beams and sistered floor joists to permanently reinforce the weakened framing and restore proper load support. To further reduce moisture, a SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier with a condensate pump was installed, and crawl space vents were sealed to help limit outside air intrusion. After completion, the floor system was properly stabilized, structural support was restored, and the space beneath the home was drier and better regulated, helping protect the foundation and improve the overall performance of the home.

Master Services raised a concrete driveway in Reliance, TN using high-density PolyLyft. When PolyLyft is injected into concrete, it fills holes and voids. As it expands, it raises and levels the slab. 

We visited a residence situated in Sweetwater, TN to assess its crawlspace. The beams in the crawlspace were susceptible to deterioration, shifting, and sinking with time, which can result in structural complications. Our team was able to effectively resolve the problem by utilizing our efficient SmartJacks system.

The installation team from Master Services fixed a bowed wall in Sweetwater, TN by using Wall Plate Anchors. The wall had developed cracks because of excess moisture caused by hydrostatic pressure from the nearby terrain. These anchors stabilize the wall by connecting it to the stable soil around it, giving extra support to the house's structure.
