A homeowner located not far from Beersheba Springs, TN entered her crawlspace and noticed telltale signs of mold. To combat the mold, our team installed an encapsulation system and dehumidifier, both of which will keep the area dry and hygienic. 

This crawlspace near Sequatchie, TN was drab, musty, and becoming overrun with water vapor. If left unprotected, the homeowners surely would end up contending with mold, mildew, and wood rot. Master Services visited a home in Sparta, TN that needed a moisture-proofing system in the crawlspace. Without one, crawlspaces are exposed to water and associated damage. We not only installed our CleanSpace moisture barrier, but our SilverGlo wall insulation panels and SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier. The panels help mitigate energy costs while the dehumidifier keeps water vapor from settling inside the crawlspace. 

The Master Services team installed wall plate anchors in Whitwell, TN to address bowing, cracked walls. The plates anchor the wall in resilient surrounding soils to provide structural support.
