We were contacted by a property owner in Walland, TN who was concerned about the state of her cabin's crawlspace. It had no encapsulation or waterproofing measures in place, yet it flooded heavily during rainstorms. We recommended several systems, including our CleanSpace moisture barrier and SmartSump sump pump. These systems complement one another to keep crawlspaces clean, dry, and sanitary. 

The team visited a residence near Arthur, TN that needed help with bowing, cracking walls. To provide support, our team used our carbon fiber reinforcement technique, which uses fiber dipped in epoxy to stabilize walls and minimize damage. 

One of our customers was having basement waterproofing done, but she also had some settlement issues around a foundation wall. It was beginning to crack, so we took a look and recommended our carbon fiber reinforcement system. This system involves soaking carbon fiber straps in epoxy, pressing them to the damaged wall, and waiting for the epoxy to cure. Once it does, the wall is provided dependable support for years to come. 

Crawlspaces are dirty, tiny, and undesirable to visit. Because of this, many homeowners cannot determine the cause of their sagging or sinking floors. In some cases, the answer is in the crawlspace! One look into this crawlspace and Master Services knew what needed to be done: install SmartJacks. 

SmartJacks lifted the wooden beams in this crawlspace to help alleviate sagging floors due to settling. 

Our team inspected a residence in Seymour, TN, prompted by concerns about deteriorating beams in the crawlspace. The homeowners, having learned about Master Services from their neighbor who had fully encapsulated his crawlspace a few years ago, were keen to address potential issues. Over time, wooden beams can deteriorate and bend, especially when they are not adequately sized to handle the structural load, as was the case here. To tackle this, we implemented our SmartJacks system, a robust and adjustable steel pier. These supports aim to prevent further settling and, in some cases, even restore the house floor to its original position. This solution promptly tackled the issue and offered a long-term remedy for a problem that could have exacerbated over time.
