Joe came twice and responded to my concerns. Installation crew was very focused, courteous yet took time to answer my concerns or explain the work to be done. All outside items were taken away as they worked and the area was clean of all trash.

Prompt and professional service, the crew were very friendly and polite, they completed the work as contracted in less than 4 hours. We had 3 beams and 9 jacks installed. They were careful to protect our hardwood floors and cleaned after installation.

We live in a condominium complex with several sections of raised slabs in the sidewalks, 40+ And some were raised over a half inch. We had several serious trip/fall accidents. The repair team came right on time and amazed everyone with their speed, precision and professional demeanor. They sealed the joints after leveling and said goodbye. The whole operation was over in less than a day. They did great, and we have a 10 year Warranty !! I’d highly recommend them for anything in their range of services.

I have a very old home in need of TLC. I initially was not going to call Redeemers Group for crawlspace repair quote, but I am glad I did! During their initial inspection of my crawlspace, they found leaking pipes and molded wood! They were the last quote after 2 other high profile companies over quoted me and never mentioned those foundation problems. One of those companies inspected my crawlspace twice! Thank God for Redeemers Group! I would have spent $ on products I didn’t need!

I want to give praise to the two fellas that did the work here Justin, Rubicel, and their supervisor Jed. The fellas did a very nice job. They were very cordial and polite. They pre-prepped and put down plastic walkways and plastic on everything and covered the doorways very thoroughly. They kept me apprised of what was going on and they cleaned up after themselves. They just did a really good, nice job! They hardly took any breaks, if they broke for lunch it was 20 minutes. They just kept on plowing, I don't know how they had the energy to do what they did. Good customer service needs to be rewarded! Oh and they completed my project earlier than predicted! 

All of the staff that we had contact with were first class; polite, knowledgeable, and very professional.We will definitely recommend Redeemers to our friends

We had our crawlspace encased. Everyone was very nice and answered every question in a very understandable way. The employees were on time and efficient. The work is clean, neat, and pleasing to the eye. The cleanup was impeccable and you have no idea they were there. I would highly recommend them. Not the cheapest, but well worth what you pay for. I will use them again on other properties if needed in the future.
