Moisture in the basement leads to mold growth that can damage your home, make you and your family sick, and make your basement and whole house smell musty. The solution is to remove moisture from the air. The SaniDry Sedona basement dehumidifier and air system from Basement Systems wrings the moisture from basement air and makes the damp feeling and musty smell go away!

Comment: Our basement flooded in July and we would like an assessment, estimate, and recommendations for prevention and remediation. We did some immediate remediation ourselves but would like a professional opinion.

Comment: Hi, we have a GE Haier 65 pint per day dehumidifer and while it is currently reducing the outdoor humidity of 89% to a basement indoor humidity of 67%, that is too high for our basement/crawlspace. How much lower humidity level would the SaniDry Sedona get our basement today? Below 50%? And how much would it cost?

Comment: Our 1900s house has a leaky basement. We put in a drainage system to fix the water problem that was big last year. This year, water is spouting out of a significant hole in the basement wall. The basement is made out of stone. After it rains, there is a large amount of flooding on the floor. There is not a drain in the floor. I am allergic to mold and the unpredictability of the water flow and through the walls is concerning. We would like to have a dry basement!

Comment: Steady flow of water through gap at bottom of stone foundation. I have an existing perimeter drain and new sump pump. The pump runs as frequently as once a minute during heavy rains.

Comment: Our basement is often damp it is mostly full unfinished with stone walls and a small crawl space where an addition has been built. There is a musty mildew smell now that has started to travel upstairs.

Comment: We recently bought this property and have some concerns about water getting into the basement. There is not a lot of water, but would like to have an evaluation. It seems like there might be some issues with drainage around the perimeter of the house. One part of the foundation seems to slope down also.

Comment: We like to see what we can do to make our basement dry and usable. We live in a older house thats on a hill and when its rains heavy we get water coming in via the walls and via cracks in the slab.
