Gentlemen,  I just wanted to take a couple of minutes to Thank You and your crews for the very professional and excellently installed basement water management system for our in-process renovation at [...]. Everyone from Tyler to Eric, Alex and Caleb were pleasant and enjoyable to work with.  This is the first time since 1960 (when the house was built) that I don't dread going into the basement and now know that that very large space is livable...finally.  Thanks again to everyone that helped us.  Betty You all went above all others!

The guys are finished working in my basement and outside. I reviewed the work and noticed several things. They were all polite, courteous, and professional. The work was great, neat, and clean. I was a realtor and hired many contractors for several different things and I have to say, these were the neatest and cleanest work areas I have experienced. There was no slacking during the workday and they were on time. We are so happy with you guys and the company. Matt, thank you for all you have done. Thanks for clearing up my understanding also. I will highly recommend The Drying Company for any of their services. Thank you!

My experience with the following crew members: Chad, Jessica, Dom, Stacey, Nate, Nate2, Cameron, and the name of the helper who came this morning was totally positive. I could not have picked a better group of young men and women to do work in my home. They immediately began working and moving items that could have been damaged and answered all my questions. Each one knew their job, was polite, professional, and definitely worked extremely hard. I had been very apprehensive about the noise and strangers coming into my house, but on the first day, my fears were gone. I noticed how they worked together, were conscientious, and there was no evidence of time wasted. I close by thanking each of them and saying I can finally go to bed enjoying listening to the rain without worries.

Everything was done that was supposed to be. They did great, kept me updated, and were very respectful. Clean-up was great and totally back to where it was.

Gary, I sincerely appreciate all the help you gave me. The dehumidifier is finally working correctly! Also, the guys that recommended (Junkluggers) to help empty the storage unit did a great job! Thank you for that, too. I'm counting down the days until I don't have a wading fool in my basement - Ha! Please enjoy a meal or two on me. I got you a $25 gift card.
