Job review from Peter in Newport News, VA 23608 on 10/20/26

A friend of mine first hired TDC and was happy with the work, so I also contracted TDC. The prices were something I could afford, the work was top notch, the cleanliness of the team was on another level. I had another contractor who shall remain unnamed who had left so many inexcusable messes every day when leaving the work site, but not the team from the Drying Company. Ben and his team was super. and communicated every step of the way.Another worker, Christy, went so far as to pick up the most tiny pieces of debris that it blew my mind. The attention to detail from start to finish is level up status. I was in awe when I saw the finished job.

Every time I got a call from the call center, it was lit. I could totally feel the vibes and positivity in their voices. It's crazy how you can hear that smile on the phone, but I swear I could. Their professionalism is on point.

Tim Lawson was very helpful. Always on time, communicative, honest, and all around great guy. After some discussion, it turns out he also went to High school with my brother and sister in laws. Small world.

I don't recall all the names, but Christy and the guys she was vibing with were seriously next level in professionalism and cleanliness. Ben and his crew were just interesting guys to chat with and their work was clean and done quickly.

Both Ben's crew and Christy and her team were top performers for cleanliness. Very impressive. The tiniest details including the cut metal filings was completely cleaned up.
