Work was just completed but the work recommended made definite impact and remedy to the issues I have been having.
I had to reschedule and they made my needed adjustments without issue or complaint. Were able to provide updates on upcoming work.
Danny worked through all my questions and even came a second time to address follow up concerns I had. He was polite and professional, never rushing me in my decision making. He was able to support his recommended repair with measurements and structural plus field knowledge.
Scott Farmer and his crew of 2 were timely, exhibited strong communication skills and were always professional. They showed great care for my home and left the work area spotless after both days of work. He possesses a strong knowledge of his craft and is able to communicate it well. Excellent interaction.

Danny, the estimator, through the use of many instruments and measurements, coupled with photographs of the area, displayed solid knowledge of the needed work. He spent over 2 hours diagnosing my problem; he was very thorough.
