Dehumidifier upgrade in Potomac, MD

Homeowner in Potomac Maryland got a crawl space encapsulation from us about half a year ago. They declined our industrial grade dehumidifier and insisted on using one they purchased from a hardware store. However, they had to literally crawl down into their crawl space and manually empty the small water reservoir. While the space stayed clean, the maintenance became inconvenient.
