We've since cleared the downspouts that were blocked in the front of he house, put in a front surface-level (higher grade in the front of the house) french drain system and have completely emptied the 1 room in the basement that is effected. Would like a free estimate for somebody to take a look at it and suggest what we should do at this point. Not sure if we need a sump pump or something else. Thank you.
