We purchased a home two years ago, and it appears that Basement Systems previously came out to address moisture issues (likely many years ago). The basement has drainage channels, three sump pumps, and two large dehumidifiers. We don't believe that we have any active water issues, but we intend to finish the basement in the near future and want someone to assess the work and ensure that there are no problems. There is no cover or waterproof membrane over the drainage channel and our inspector has advised us to look into this.
