When it comes to keeping the basement dry, a sump pump is the first line of defense. However, not all pumps are built the same and a sump pump failure can be disastrous. We know you need a sump pump you can rely on. That’s why Basement Systems’ sump pump systems are built with high-quality, cast-iron Zoeller pumps.
While sump pumps can take care of the water in your basement, the water itself isn’t the only problem. Moisture is another major problem in basements. High humidity levels lead to a wide range of problems, including mold, discomfort, and worsened allergies and asthma. Basement Systems offers a high-performance solution that can make your whole home drier and healthier.

Comment: Have a dirt crawl space with vents in the foundation. While it doesn't seem to have too much obvious moisture it does cause a musty smell in the basement area. We are finishing our basement soon and want to clean up the area as much as possible from bad smells that can get into the house. We have also had rat problems in the past and it is likely that they got into the house via holes in the dirt crawl space and want to further discourage that. Finally we are finishing a new installation of more efficient HVAC system so want to take advantage of as much ways as possible to become more efficient.
To ensure professional installation and superior service we carefully created an international network of over 350 trusted basement contractors.
