A customer who owned a motel in Summersville, WV was experiencing water seepage in their crawl space and needed to repair the damage. Even in the smallest amounts, water and moisture collecting in a crawl space will cause wood rot, mold, musty odors, and attract pests. Once we were aware of the customer's problem, our expert team stepped in to waterproof and repair the motel's dirt crawl space. This involved removing debris and installing an antimicrobial encapsulation system to create a barrier to water and moisture entry. The thick polyethylene material will also lower their power bills by making the space more energy-efficient.
