Larry L. was experiencing bouncy and sagging floors throughout his home due to his foundation under his crawl space shifting and sinking. His goal was to stabilize the floors in his home and overall the entire house. 

Our Solution Specialist went to do a full inspection and recommended SmartJacks as a permanent solution to the problem. The SmartJack System have a concrete base with steel posts that stabilize and support the beams of the floor to prevent sagging floors. Once our crew completed the project, the customer was very happy to no longer have bouncy, sagging floors throughout his home. 

David C. in Chesapeake, OH, was experiencing standing water in his crawl space after heavy rains. This standing water was a breeding ground for different bugs and insects, as well as creating a musty, moldy smell in the air throughout the home. 

Our Solution Specialist went out and completed a full inspection of the property where he then quoted a fix for David. Once our foreman, Jaden A., and crew arrived, they were able to complete renovate the crawl space area to be a dry, clean space.
