I would HIGHLY recommend them. They did a great job fixing the foundation wall and everything that needed to be done. Dennis, Mike & Caleb were awesome very professional and hard-working. Shane was the electrician who came to install some electrical things as part of the job we had done on the foundation. He was awesome as well. There truly is nothing negative at all to say about this company period. They are fabulous. I highly recommend them for any job a person may need to have done.

Alford's team consisting of the foreman, "Junior" (Jamiel), Chris, and Kaden, completed the outside foundation repair portion of my project today. Even with being hampered by rain, wind, tornado warning sirens, and wet earth, they completed the job on schedule. The whole team was experienced and knowledgeable about the difficulty of the project and work; everyone individually explained details in a manner that even a layman could understand; everyone appeared to take pleasure in the work that they do and the company they work for. Phase 2 was Alford performing the main beam and joists stabilization, with 13 of their smartjacks and 3 sister beams. I can imagine that this was a very difficult job from the narrow crawl spaces. But the team of Marquese, David, and Brandon made my house level again. I got home early on the last day, and Marquese took me underneath and showed me the metal beams that they installed and the strong supports. Every question I had, he answered from experience and knowledge. I also want to give a shoutout to the project manager, Tim, for his rapid responses to questions I had and his coordination with my work schedule, and to Drew for his complete and transparent explanation of the project during estimation. All in all, I'm well satisfied with choosing Alford for this extensive project.

To whom it may concern:        I would like to say in appreciation of your crew and their work done on our basement was excellent. They worked very hard getting done considering working around some issues we had. (Repair busted pipes). Any complaint we may have had resulted in immediate results. (actions) They were all about customer satisfaction and appreiation. I would like to say the both employees have earned recognition for Employee of the Month. 

I want give a big plus to all of the guys on the crew. Cody was the foreman and there was Paul, Shane, and one other employee, Mason. The four guys were all very nice and any time that I asked the guys about something, they would take time to answer the question/address the problem. 

Mike, Dennis and their young helper, Ethan, did a fantastic job! Explained the job and how things worked in a simple manner. I highly recommend this company! 

Scott is the first person that came in my home to work that covered up his shoes. He is a wonderful person, great personality, always on time, and does a great job.

Crew was courteous, kind, hard working and efficient. I am 100% a satisfied customer!! 

Danny was wonderful, he left a quote and showed us options on his laptop. 

Great job Rob & Tommy! She said that you all were VERY professional and VERY respectful. She overpaid for her job and received a check back for the overpaid balance and said that our company had restored her faith in humanity. She said we were a truly incredible and honest company. She also went on to say that because we have made her so happy that she is going to be getting some other work done because of how incredibly pleased she was with us. 

I had a big waterproofing job done, and I could not be happier with the crew I had. I had a number of estimates done, and most companies were estimating that the job would take at least a month. Aaron's crew finished it in less than two weeks! I have multiple properties and have worked with a number of contractors. I have never seen anyone work as tirelessly as Aaron, Nehemiah, and Josh. The three-person crew arrived early and regularly worked at least 10-hour days. I could not believe the progress they made and how intense they worked. By Day 3, I trusted them with a key to the building (which I have never done before). Aaron put himself in my shoes and treated the project as if it were his own.Additionally, Aaron was a great with communicating at every step of the process. He showed up when he said he was going to, and he made sure I understood what was going on at every step of the process. Amazingly, they left the place cleaner than it was when they got there, which just doesn't happen in this field. I have never been so impressed. If you need any work done, you should specifically request Aaron and his crew. That will be my first call for all of my projects going forward. If Aaron, Nehemiah, and Josh aren't available, let Alford know you are willing to get in line. These three guys are worth waiting for!

Justin Tyler, Travis Fields, and Mat Kitchen were very professional and efficient in their work. Excellent and easy to work with. 

The service men were very professional and business like. They did a very thorough job. I have been very satisfied with my service in the past.

We have my mother's basement waterproofed.  The workers were very profession, plus friendly.  They answer all the questions we had.  Also, I was concerned about the mess that would result from breaking up the concrete floor in the basement.  There was hardly any mess at all.  Overall it was a good experience.  We have had some rain since the job was completed.  The sump pumps worked as expected.  However, we have not had a downpour to see how things will work.  Saying all that, I would recommend Alford Home Solutions to anyone wanting to do some waterproofing.

The call rep. was with me every step of the way and coordinated everything between me and the project leads so that everyone was on the same page at all times. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, patient and genuinely took the time to talk and identify what options would best address my needs while staying in my comfort zone, which the other companies did not. In addition, Alford was the only company that had a presentation that not only explained in greater detail why my basement was leaking, but showed the process and products they would use to remediate the issue.
