Need to have a sump pump installed near the hot water heater in the basement and also address the smell issue. Dry-lock paint has been applied to the interior walls. I would be interested in scheduling a consultation to discuss and evaluate what might be causing the water to leak into the basement on the back wall of the house and how best to solve the problem. A small amount of water can be seen at the floor level at the bottom of the back wall between the wall and concrete garage floor. The house was built in 1972 so the uphill duplex is 40 years old.
