Before:
A homeowner in Reedsville had a crawl space that was damp, musty, and unprotected. Moisture seeped up from the exposed soil and through the block walls, leaving the space humid and unhealthy. The musty odors were beginning to drift into the living areas above, and the homeowner was worried about mold and damage to their home’s structure.

After:
Our crew encapsulated the crawl space with the CleanSpace® vapor barrier, sealing off the ground and walls to stop moisture from entering the space. To ensure the crawl space stayed dry, we also installed a SuperSump® sump pump system, which collects and discharges any water that might enter.

The crawl space is now clean, dry, and protected — giving the homeowner peace of mind and improving the comfort and air quality of the entire home.

To help with the additional water issues they were experiencing caused by a new crack in the floor, bleeder lines were installed in the basement floors to help collect additional water coming up through the cracks and get it to their pre-existing TripleSafe Sump Pump to be pumped out of the home.
