Sure-Dry completed a full crawlspace encapsulation using CleanSpace® Vapor Barrier to seal the crawlspace floor and walls, blocking ground moisture and outside air infiltration. SilverGlo® insulation was installed along the crawlspace walls to improve thermal performance, while a SmartSump® crawlspace sump pump system was added to actively manage groundwater. To control humidity long-term, a Sedona® Sanidry Dehumidifier was installed to maintain dry, consistent conditions year-round.
The crawlspace is now sealed, insulated, and conditioned, improving comfort, air quality, and long-term protection for the home.
