To lift and level the garage floor, Sure-Dry utilized their PolyLevel® Injection Foam System.  PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.

Once the floor was lifted and leveled, Sure-Dry repaired the cracks with their NexusPro solution.  NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Before:
