Once the floor was lifted and leveled, Sure-Dry repaired the cracks with their NexusPro solution. NexusPro is a silicone-based sealant for joints and cracks specially formulated to provide long-lasting flexibility and to stand up to harsh weather conditions. Unlike traditional polyurethane sealants, NexusPro resists UV rays, which means it won't crack, bubble or dry out. That means a single application can seal the joints and cracks in your concrete driveway, patio, pool deck, sidewalk, or in this instance your garage floor, for years to come, protecting it from damage caused by soil compaction and washout.

Before:
This Wisconsin Rapids, WI, homeowner had cracked, bowing basement walls caused by years of soil pressure and moisture. The structural damage created concern for the safety and stability of the foundation, as cracks continued to widen with each season.
After:
Sure-Dry installed the GeoLock® Wall Anchor System to permanently stabilize the foundation walls. The system uses steel anchors embedded in undisturbed soil to counteract external pressure, halting movement and allowing gradual straightening over time.
The homeowner now has a strong, secure foundation and confidence knowing their home is protected from further wall movement and structural damage.
Before
The homeowner in Wisconsin Rapids, WI had previously addressed foundation concerns on several basement walls with a PowerBrace Wall Stabilization System. During a later inspection, additional foundation walls in other areas of the basement showed signs of inward movement and cracking caused by lateral soil pressure. Bowing walls and horizontal cracks are common warning signs that foundation walls are under stress and may require stabilization to prevent further movement.
After
Sure-Dry stabilized the remaining affected walls using the GeoLock Wall Anchor System. While the existing PowerBrace system continued to support the previously repaired walls, the GeoLock anchors were installed on separate foundation walls requiring reinforcement. The anchors were embedded in stable soil beyond the foundation and connected to galvanized steel interior anchor plates, helping counteract ongoing soil pressure and stabilize the walls against future movement.

In Ogema, WI, a homeowner noticed troubling signs of foundation wall movement—horizontal cracking, inward bowing, and even water seeping in where the walls were shifting. These classic symptoms of lateral soil pressure were only getting worse with seasonal changes and heavy rainfall.
With growing safety concerns and the potential for long-term damage, the homeowner contacted Sure-Dry to assess the issue and provide a permanent solution.
Our team installed a custom-engineered Geo-Lock® Wall Anchor System, designed to:
Halt further wall movement
Provide long-term structural stability
Offer potential for wall straightening over time
The anchors were installed outside the home in stable soil, then connected through the wall to heavy-duty steel plates mounted inside the basement. After tightening the system, the wall immediately began returning to its original position—without the need for costly and invasive reconstruction.
The result was a dry, secure, and structurally sound basement that’s now ready to stand up to Wisconsin’s toughest soil and weather conditions.
