Homeowners in Menasha, WI after purchasing their new home, found out that the previous owner had covered up bowed foundation walls. 

To resolve the problem, our team installed 6 GeoLocks on the foundation wall. These locks latch on to the hard compacted soil outside of the home. It then uses that compaction to pull the wall back to its upright position. 

These homeowners were furious that they had to deal with these problems but after our team stepped in and helped, they couldn't be happier with the results. 

These homeowners had noticed that the drywall in their finished basement had started to crack, and there was visible water on the wall and floors, which they were concerned about. The concrete slab of this garage in White Lake, WI was sinking so bad that it was actually separating away from garage itself, causing a major opening between the floor and walls. Obviously, this was a major problem for the homeowner. The gap would let cold air in, the warm air out, and made an easy path for critters to enter.  

To solve the homeowner's issue, Sure-Dry Basement Systems was able to lift and level the concrete which in turn closed the open gap, with their PolyLevel® Injection Foam system. PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.
