Sure-Dry installed WaterGuard® around the basement perimeter to intercept water entering along the foundation and wall-floor joint. The interior drainage system directs collected water toward a new SuperSump® sump pump system, where it can be pumped safely away from the home.

A battery backup sump pump was also installed to provide additional protection if the primary pump cannot operate during a power outage—an especially important safeguard when severe Wisconsin storms bring heavy rain and power interruptions at the same time.

Instead of simply cleaning up water after it enters the basement, this waterproofing system provides a dedicated path to collect, manage, and remove it.
