A homeowner in Marion, WI reached out to us after noticing their concrete driveway was sinking and becoming uneven, creating safety concerns. The before photo shows large gaps and misaligned slabs that made the space unsafe and difficult to use.

To fix the issue, our team used our PolyLevel Injection Foam System to lift and stabilize the concrete by injecting high-strength polyurethane foam beneath the slabs. Once the driveway was properly leveled, NexusPro Joint Sealant was applied to seal cracks and help prevent water from getting underneath.

As shown in the after photo, the driveway is now level, stable, and safe to walk on — giving the homeowner peace of mind and a long-lasting solution.

Before:
An Oakfield homeowner had several settled driveway and walkway slabs that created uneven transitions and pooling water. Open joints and growing cracks allowed more water to penetrate the base, worsening settlement each freeze–thaw season.

After:
We lifted and stabilized the affected slabs with PolyLevel®, injecting lightweight polyurethane beneath the concrete to fill voids and restore proper elevation and pitch. After leveling, we prepared all cracks and control joints and sealed them with NexusPro®, a flexible, UV-resistant joint sealant that blocks water intrusion and accommodates seasonal movement.

The surface is now even, safer, and better protected against future settlement and weathering.

Before: A homeowner in Oakfield, WI had a driveway that had become badly unlevel and sunken over the years. Several slabs had dropped enough that pulling vehicles in and out of the driveway had become rough and uneven, and the low spots were starting to hold water after rain. The settling had also caused cracks and separation between sections of concrete, making the whole driveway look worn down and neglected.

By injecting the foam beneath the concrete, the crew was able to fill the empty spaces underneath and carefully raise the affected areas without the mess and downtime of a full replacement. Compared to traditional mudjacking methods, PolyLevel High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam is lightweight, cures quickly, and helps avoid putting extra pressure on already shifting soils beneath the driveway.
Once the lifting work was completed, the joints and cracks were sealed using NexusPro Concrete Joint Sealant to help keep water from getting back underneath the slabs. By the end of the project, the driveway looked much straighter and cleaner, vehicle transitions were smoother, and the uneven low spots that had been collecting water were greatly improved.
