Before
The owners of this newer Greenville, WI home began noticing sections of their driveway, back patio, and front walkway settling unevenly over time. While the concrete itself remained in good condition, movement beneath the slabs had created noticeable tripping hazards and uneven transitions throughout the property. These conditions are common in Northeast Wisconsin, where changing moisture levels and seasonal freeze-thaw cycles can cause supporting soils to shift and settle. Concerns like these often lead homeowners to search for concrete lifting, concrete leveling, or concrete step repair solutions before the problem worsens.
During the inspection, a Sure-Dry System Design Specialist identified multiple areas where voids and soil settlement beneath the concrete had allowed the slabs to drop out of alignment. The homeowners wanted to restore the safety and appearance of their outdoor concrete surfaces without the expense and disruption of replacement. Without repairs, the uneven slabs would likely continue to settle, increasing safety concerns and creating additional maintenance challenges around the property.
After
To restore the affected concrete surfaces, Sure-Dry installed PolyLevel® High-Density Concrete Lifting Foam beneath the driveway, back patio, and front walkway slabs. This advanced concrete lifting system is injected through small, pea-sized holes and expands beneath the concrete to fill voids and carefully raise settled sections back toward their proper position. Unlike traditional mudjacking or slab jacking methods that use a heavy cement slurry, PolyLevel is lightweight, cures quickly, and places less stress on the underlying soils. Once the slabs were lifted and stabilized, the team applied NexusPro® Concrete Joint Sealant to seal joints and gaps, helping prevent water intrusion that can contribute to future settlement.
The project eliminated major tripping hazards, improved the appearance of the home's exterior concrete, and restored safer access throughout the property. The homeowners now have a long-lasting concrete leveling solution designed to withstand Wisconsin weather conditions while helping protect their investment for years to come.

Before
The homeowners in Greenville, WI began noticing sections of their front walkway settling unevenly, creating noticeable tripping hazards and uneven transitions leading to and from their home. While the concrete remained structurally sound, soil movement beneath the slabs had caused portions of the surfaces to sink, affecting both safety and curb appeal. Problems like these are common throughout Wisconsin and often prompt homeowners to search for concrete lifting, concrete leveling, or concrete repair solutions before replacement becomes necessary.
During the inspection, a Sure-Dry System Design Specialist found that settlement beneath the slabs had created voids that allowed the concrete to drop out of alignment. The homeowners wanted a long-lasting solution that would restore the appearance and functionality of their concrete surfaces without the expense and disruption of replacing the slabs. Without repairs, the uneven concrete would likely continue to settle, increasing trip hazards and potentially leading to additional damage over time.

Sinking concrete can be a big problem when it comes to finding the right solution. Concrete replacement is a lot of money and time costly. Mudjacking causes a great mess and will need to be done many times. These homeowners were looking for a different option so they called Sure-Dry Basement Systems.
We offered them our PolyLevel Injection. Our polymers drill a hole the size of a penny into the sunken concrete. Polyurethane foam is then injected under the slab ,which is waterproof, so the foam will not be washed out. The hole is then filled in and is ready to be walked on or used in 10 minutes.
These homeowners never thought they would find such an inexpensive and easy solution to their sunken concrete and they couldn't be happier with the results!
In Neenah, WI we sealed the joints in the concrete using NexusPro Joint Sealant, to eliminate the growth of weeds and to eliminate the availability of water to wash out the soil below. The crew also used PolyLevel to raise the slabs that had sunken.
